This course will provide guidance on
receivables which may need to be booked at year end. Revenue should be
recognized when it is earned and available. Recording a receivable
recognizes the revenue in the current year even though the cash may not
have been received. Districts have several revenue sources that may have
receivables that need to be recorded as of 6/30/XX.
