This course is a succinct description of the financial processes, procedures, and requirements to close-out federal grant awards. The course will review topics such as: grants disbursement methods, DE 46 requirements, fund balances for federal funds, understanding the grant award period, ‘Transferability’ concept, and cash drawdowns (DE 147).
